It's finally here, seedlings of the highly sought after Mr Worldwide. Mr. Worldwide was given its name when an Indonesian 'Portillae' was crossed with a 'Dorito'-shaped Portillae from NSE Tropicals by a grower in the USA. A small batch of seeds from this cross came to Europe and have been grown out. They were in instant hit because of their dark velvety leaves, wide sinus and overall triangular shape. Emerging leaves have an amazing dark purple color.
Most of the owners of these have taken cuttings to share and give in to all the requests for cuttings by the Anthurium collector community. We never cut ours and let it grow into adulthood.
